From initial design to finished piece, each bespoke Karina Noel project tells its own distinct and memorable story.

Start by filling out our inquiry form. Once reviewed by our team, we will set up an initial virtual consultation with Karina to discuss your design and stone preferences.
At this stage, we will share resources to address important stone and design considerations including inspiration images, budget, metal options, and client location.
In this phase, you and Karina will review a carefully curated selection of stones and sample settings, as well as establish the initial design guidelines for your piece.
This meeting can take place in-person or virtually. Once a stone and general design direction is decided, the specific details of your project will be incorporated into a formal proposal. Signing the proposal signifies a commitment to your chosen stone and initiates the design phase of our bespoke piece.
During design development, we take a 3-D scan of your stone and employ computer modeling to present you with an initial round of design renderings.
We make collaborative modifications as needed until we achieve the final design. Following your design approval, we print physical, plastic prototypes of your piece for you to view and put into fabrication.
The design development process typically takes 2-4 weeks.
Your jewelry is handcrafted by our master jewelers in NYC. Once complete and quality checked, it is ready for pick up or shipped to you fully insured via UPS or FedEx.
We typically allocate a timeframe of 10-12 weeks for the creation of a fully customized piece, starting from the initial design concept to the completion of the piece.
However, we understand that some situations may require a faster turnaround, and we're more than willing to expedite the process to meet specific deadlines.
In a virtual meeting, Karina presents you with a carefully curated collection of gemstones based on your stone preferences, accompanied by a comprehensive spreadsheet containing all pertinent information, GIA reports, as well as photos and videos.
This meeting is both enjoyable and educational. While many individuals are able to select a gemstone from the initial assortment, we may occasionally need to further refine the options and present a second group to help you find your perfect stone.
