Her roots in the industry were established from birth, nurtured by watching her father both behind the counter and at the bench of her family’s jewelry stores outside of New York City. 

After studying Art History in college, she joined her family in the business, carrying forward the legacy of craftsmanship and service that had been founded by her great-grandfather and built over the course of several generations.

Her years of collaboration within her family honed her expertise in the trade and provided her with unparalleled access to a vast network of stone suppliers and skilled fabricators.

With over a decade in the jewelry industry and formal training at the Gemological Institute of America, Karina founded her namesake brand to explore the in-between space where tradition and innovation inform one another. Her work reflects a belief that design lives in balance: between structure and softness, heritage and modernity, the seen and the felt.

Each piece begins with a respect for old-world craft and evolves through a modern lens - sculptural, refined, and rooted in proportion. Karina is drawn to the tension between opposites: precision that feels natural, simplicity that reveals depth. It’s in this middle ground that her work takes shape.
