We are available Monday thru Friday from 10am to 5:30pm EST.  Our office is located in Manhattan at 608 5th Avenue and is by appointment only. Appointments can be made between the hours of 9:30am and 5:00pm EST Monday thru Friday. We can also accommodate after hours and weekend appointments by request. 

All Karina Noel pieces are bespoke, but we do have a growing sample of our most popular engagement rings and wedding bands to try on. Before making an appointment, we just ask that you let us know what you’re interested in seeing so we can do our best to accommodate the request. 

In a virtual meeting, Karina presents you with a carefully curated collection of gemstones based on your stone preferences, accompanied by a comprehensive spreadsheet containing all pertinent information, GIA reports, as well as photos and videos. This meeting is both enjoyable and educational. While many individuals are able to select a gemstone from the initial assortment, we may occasionally need to further refine the options and present a second group to help you find your perfect stone. We're fully committed to finding the stone that's right for you.

Absolutely! We recommend scheduling an appointment with Karina so that she can examine your stone or jewelry and explore various design ideas and options with you. Occasionally, older stones may benefit from polishing or cutting to enhance their quality, and we'll cover these possibilities during our meeting.  Please note that we only work with precious and semi-precious gemstones. If you are unsure of the type of stone/s you have and do not have paperwork we can work with you to obtain a report from the most appropriate laboratory. 

We typically allocate a timeframe of 10-12 weeks for the creation of a fully customized piece, starting from the initial design concept to the completion of the piece. However, we understand that some situations may require a faster turnaround, and we're more than willing to expedite the process to meet specific deadlines. 

We can provide an insurance appraisal of Karina Noel pieces upon request for an added fee of $45-$125 per item. We do not offer appraisals on items not purchased from Karina Noel.

We offer full customization for all our bespoke rings to accommodate any finger size. The initial resizing is provided as a complimentary service, and subsequent re-sizings are available for $125 each. Typically, the ring sizing process can be completed within a few days.

For customers residing outside NYC, we recommend visiting a local jeweler for an accurate finger measurement or acquiring a universal ring sizer . Once you have obtained the correct finger size, we can provide you with an insured shipping label for returning the ring to us. You will only be responsible for the cost of the return shipping back to you via UPS or FedEx, either overnight or 2-day.

*To ensure the accuracy of your ring sizing, it's best to measure your finger when you're at a comfortable temperature, avoiding sizing during the morning or evening when hands may be swollen. The correct sizing loop should slide onto your finger smoothly and offer some resistance when removing it. The sizing numbers with dashes represent half sizes, and if you find yourself between sizes, we can accommodate you with a 1/4 size adjustment.

Regularly use a soft, lint-free cloth to remove oils, lotions, and dirt.

To clean your diamond jewelry, use a soft-bristle toothbrush, warm water, and mild dish soap. Start by soaking the jewelry in warm, soapy water for 15-20 minutes to loosen dirt and oils. Gently scrub the diamond's surface with the toothbrush, then rinse it under warm water, using a strainer for pieces with multiple stones. Finally, pat it dry with a lint-free cloth to prevent water spots. 

Keep jewelry separate to prevent scratches and tangling.

All bespoke and collection pieces are not returnable since each piece is hand-crafted and made to order. We stand behind all of our jewelry, and we offer a free lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects.

For all of Karina Noel’s bespoke pieces, we will replace side or accent diamonds that go missing if we feel that it is a manufacturing defect.

If you experience any problem with your purchase, please email or call us first. Then we can advise you on your ring and possibly set up an appointment to further assess your ring. If you cannot come in, you can purchase round-trip, insured, next-day shipping so we can assess your ring in person.

If we deem the problem a manufacturing issue, will repair the item at no expense to the customer. If we deem the problem wear and tear and/or negligence subsequent to purchase, we will offer you our advice and price quote for repair. We keep basic repair fees reasonable. Any repairs or work not done by Karina Noel will void our warranty.

While jewelry is crafted using some of the most durable materials (gold and platinum), it's essential to understand that it isn't immune to damage, and it does have its limits. It's crucial to take good care of your jewelry to prevent any major issues. It is also good practice to inspect your jewelry periodically, ensuring that prongs securely hold the stones and that there isn’t any significant damage to the metal beyond normal wear and tear. We are always available to check your pieces for you at no cost. 

All custom pieces made within the United States are eligible for free shipping. We ship all domestic packages via UPS or FedEx next day or 2nd day air with an adult signature confirmation.

International shipping is $150. The customer is responsible for all additional duties, taxes and/or tariffs that might incur. All international orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. All packages are shipped fully insured for their purchased price. When your item is ready to ship, an email will be provided by Zing on behalf of Karina Noel containing your tracking information. Zing is a third-party shipping company that secures and insures your shipment. All shipments must be made to a physical address with an adult present to sign for the package.

When purchasing engagement rings, we offer several payment options to suit your preferences. You can make payments via wire transfers, Zelle, cashier's or bank checks, or personal checks. Additionally, for most other items, we also accept credit card payments. If you wish to proceed with a wire transfer, please reach out to us directly for detailed instructions. Should you have a preferred payment method or intend to use a combination of methods, please let us know so we can do our best to accommodate. 

For our exclusive bespoke jewelry pieces, we kindly request an initial deposit ranging from 25% to 50% upfront, depending on the specific piece.. As the custom design process unfolds, if any modifications deviate from the original design or quote, the balance will be adjusted accordingly. Prior to the delivery of your piece, full payment will be required.
